WHO-GMP Approved Oral Doses Facility:
The WHO-GMP Approved Plant for Tablets, Capsules, Liquid-Orals and Oral Powders is built to cGMP Standard and WHO guidelines. The state of art plant is designed for unidirectional flow of material. The Plant offers six packaging options including Blister, Strip, Alu/Alu, Sachet, Bottle and Bulk Packing. The HVAC, Water System and Building Maintenance confirms to International Standards and backup systems that ensure minimum downtime.
Plant is managed by competent, experienced and motivated Production and Quality Control personnel.

Dosage Forms manufactured in the facility:
Liquid-Oral:
- Capacity: The total manufacturing capacity is 1000 Liters per Shift to fill bottles from 15ml to 200ml.
- Machineries : Equipped with 4 Head Automatic Mono-block liquid filling line consisting of online empty bottle inspection, bottle washing, filling and sealing, filled bottle inspection, labeling, cartoning and shrink packing.

- Machineries: D-Tooling compression machine, Enteric and Film-coating, Blister Packing, Strip Packing, Alu/Alu Packing and Bulk Packing.
Capsules:

- Machineries : Fully automatic capsule filling machine with empty capsule sorter, capsule polishing and checking.
Powder:
