Capreomycin
Strength: 1000mg
Dosage: Dry Powder Injection
Indication: Capreomycin Sulfate, which is to be used concomitantly with other appropriate antituberculosis agents, is indicated in pulmonary infections caused by capreomycin– susceptible strains of M. tuberculosis when the primary agents (isoniazid, rifampin, ethambutol, aminosalicylic acid, and streptomycin) have been ineffective or cannot be used because of toxicity or the presence of resistant tubercle bacilli.
  
Cycloserine and Pyridoxine Tablets
Strength: 250mg + 25mg
Dosage: Tablets
Indication: Pyridoxine deficiency, including inadequate diet, drug-induced causes (eg, isoniazid, hydralazine, oral contraceptives) or inborn errors of metabolism. Parenteral use is indicated when oral therapy is not feasible.
  
Cycloserine USP
Strength: 250mg
Dosage: Tablets
Indication: Seromycin is indicated in the treatment of active pulmonary and extrapulmonary tuberculosis (including renal disease) when the causative organisms are susceptible to this drug and when treatment with the primary medications (streptomycin, isoniazid, rifampin, and ethambutol) has proved inadequate.
